Small Bore Target Shooting

Small bore target shooting is a safe and fun sport in which anyone can participate regardless of gender or physical ability. In Victoria, Juniors can join the sport from the age of 12.

Depending on your competitive nature you can enjoy the sport from a social club level perspective or you can represent Australia at an international level.  Current and past members have represented their club, state & country in all levels of the sport including the Commonwealth and Olympic Games.  It is entirely up to you what you want to achieve with the sport.  Here at Frankston we offer the following facilities:

50 Metre Range
16 bays to shoot prone, benchrest or 3P (prone, kneeling & standing) positions.  Some bays are equipped with electronic targets.

20 Metre Range
7 bays to shoot prone or benchrest positions.

10 Metre Range                                                                                                                                       7 bays (fully enclosed with automated target machines) to shoot Air Rifle in the standing position.
